NL-FSL

The machine is composed of two vises for locking a pair of shoe lasts; each vise is composed of a puller where the heel is placed and a tailstock where the toe is placed. The drilling station is composed of two drilling heads with three spindles each.

Machine system control provided by:

• nr. 01 PLC for cycle management;
• nr. 01 safety barrier for cycle stop (in case of interception);
• nr. 01 high-low pressure system for shoe last locking;
• nr. 01 hydropneumatic cylinder for drilling constant progression.
